The power of Pihcintu lies in the kid’s hearts and in their collective voices. To hear Pihcintu sing is to be transported and to embrace our message of giving, caring and peace.  In the first year of operation the chorus has performed at the following venues:


• The Children’s Museum of Maine, for the opening of the We Are Maine multicultural exhibit , 100 people
• Fiddlehead Multicultural Festival, 50 people
• The Governor’s announcement of the new Office of Multicultural Affairs, 250 people
• Celebrate School People Event , Augusta , 2000 people
• ESL Statewide Conference, 200 people
• Catholic Charities 25th Anniversary Celebration, 250 people
• Home of the Brave east coast premier screening event, 200 people
• Community Counseling Center’s Family Festival , 100 people
• Governor’s Innaugural Celebration, 3000 people
• Merrill Auditorium Gospel concert,  500 people
• Martin Luther King Breakfast, 750 people
• King Middle School MLK Celebration 150 people
